AESAONE is a tax exempt non-profit organization created under the rules of Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. Pursuant to this section of the Code, AESAONE will be tax exempt as an organization that promotes the common good and general welfare of those in the community. Donors to AESAONE should be aware that they cannot claim a charitable tax deduction for contributions made to AESAONE.
AESAONE’s objective is to promote the common good and general welfare of ethnic Ethiopians living in the United States as well as the general public. We have structured our organization to create a welcoming environment that treats all participants without preference to their Ethnicity, Religion, Political beliefs or Gender status. We remain committed to providing various social welfare services and opportunities to foster and educate others about Ethiopian culture and traditions in the United States. This will be done through sports, social events and community outreach programs. AESAONE’s undertakings aim to introduce, promote and preserve Ethiopia’s diverse culture, food, music, clothing, and rich tradition. AESAONE will remain in existence serving Ethiopians in North America and beyond for generations to come.
